Create Task Template

Create a new Task Template

Navigate to the task template list view and click the New Button

Populate the template

Populate the relevant fields for creating your task

Save the template

Choose "Save and View" from the Save Action Menu

Test the Template

Under the Tools Action Menu Click the "Create Task Action"
